Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE)
PSHE education in our school is delivered using The Story Project. The Story Project is a not-for-profit organisation that uses the magic of stories to improve children’s wellbeing and literacy.
Each year group learns about PSHE through six popular and diverse children’s books, one per half term. Children learn about all kinds of different topics, for example bullying, online safety, emotions, physical health and lots more. Because these topics are taught using stories, children can relate, understand and talk about how they feel. Learning is more memorable, engaging and fun because it takes place using books.
